As a professional ICF-PCC coach and a certified health and medical coach, I am a change catalyst. My mission is to help individuals and organizations navigate change with serenity and mindfulness.

What my clients appreciate most is my ability to coach them with compassion and pragmatism based on a holistic perspective. This approach takes into account the body, emotions and mind to enable change and support their transformation.

What drives me is the joy of sharing wonderful experiences together and contributing to your personal growth and/or that of your organization. I work in a spirit of partnership and human exchange, based on trust and transparency, and I evolve in a spirit of respect and benevolent openness.
