As a professionnal ICF-PCC coach and a certified medical coach, I am a change catalyst. My mission is to help people and organizations navigate change with serenity and awareness.

What my clients appreciate most is my ability to coach them with compassion and pragmatism based on a holistic perspective. This approach takes into account the body, emotions and mind to enable change and support their transformation.

Background

As an ICF PCC professional coach with over 10 years of experience and more than 3,000 hours of coaching, I specialize in health and medical coaching (certified in 2022) and somatic coaching (certified in 2017). I practice and teach yoga and meditation and am a Reiki Master.

After studying management atUniversity of St. Gall (lic.oec HSG), I studied social anthropology at the London School of Economics (MSc. Social Anthropology). I then worked for over 15 years in management positions in Switzerland, Europe, Africa and the USA in banking, finance and real estate.

I currently live with my teenage children and husband in Geneva (Switzerland). What I enjoy most are the mountains, traveling, reading and real encounters, from heart to heart!

I work in French, English and German, both face-to-face and remotely.
