Background

I am a PCC ICF professional coach with more than 5 years experience. Specialized in somatic coaching (certified in 2017), I am also practicing and teaching yoga and meditation (registered yoga teacher in 2003).

I have the great joy of spending my life with my husband, a top executive in an international company, and two children in Geneva, where I was born. After studying business administration at St. Gallen University (lic.oec. HSG ‘93), I chose to study Social Anthropology at the London School of Economics (UK) and then started a 15 years career in banking, finance and real estate in Switzerland, Europe and the USA. Over the last few years, I have been focusing on coaching teams and individuals through change periods, such as for example: managing and preventing stress, workplace reinsertion, personal development, evolving business strategy, reorganization, change in company values, the adoption of new products and services.
